John Phillip Mobley, of 2421 Mill Road, Jamesville, died July 10, 2015. A graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2015, at Tice Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Monday at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home of Williamston.
