Ms. Sandra L. Howard, 64, resident of 108 Bath Circle, Washington, died August 25, 2015.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00PM Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015 at Beebe Memorial CME Church, Washington.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 1:00PM-6:00PM at Whitfield & Whitley Chapel and other times at 108 Bath Circle, Washington.
