CHOCOWINITY PRIMARY SCHOOL
CHARACTERS: On one special day every year, fairy tale princesses, action heroes, witches and other characters from children’s literature wander the halls of Chocowinity Primary School. This year’s event was held Oct. 30 and was a celebration of books and favorite stories. Students, and many of the staff members, dressed as storybook characters as a highlight of the fun-filled day. Students who met their reading goals were also treated to a Kona Ice dessert after lunch.
