Ms. Laura Estelle Taylor Smith, 76, a resident of 321 Squires Rd., Belhaven, died Monday, Nov. 02, 2015.
The family will receive friends at the homes of Doretha T. Ross, 219 Keyesville Rd., Washington, and Agnes T. Gordon, 807 E. 9th St., Washington.
