Adelia Clifton Spruill, 81, of Creswell died Friday, December 11, 2015, at her daughter’s residence in Camden.

Funeral service will be held Monday, December 14, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Philippi Church of Christ with Glenn Brickhouse officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Philippi Church of Christ.
