Mrs. Phyllis Elizabeth Barry Underwood, age 83, a resident of Grimesland, NC, died Friday, December 25, 2015 at Ridgewood Nursing Center.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 2, 2016 in the chapel of Paul Funeral Home in Washington.
