Chocowinity Primary students learn about democracy

CHOCOWINITY PRIMARY SCHOOL DEMOCRACY: Chocowinity Primary School first-grade students get a first-hand look at democracy in action during a classroom election. Each student received a ballot, and when all the votes were counted, Jake Dixon was declared president by his peers.
