From Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office

On Jan. 27, 2016, at approximately 4:44 p.m., the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report of arson at a residence on Trails End North in Washington. The Sheriff’s Office began an investigation and collected evidence.

As a result of information and evidence gathered, Investigator Jason Hill applied for and obtained warrants charging Tyrone Davis Rhome, aka Tyrone Thigpen, age 43, of Trails End South, Washington, with one count of second degree arson, one count of attempted second degree arson, one count of damage to property greater than $200, and one count of damage to property less than $200.

On Jan. 27, 2016, Tyrone Davis Rhome was arrested by the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office and held in the Beaufort County Detention Center on a $50,000 secured bond set by Magistrate Eric Holmes.
