Mr. Guy Anthony Woolard, age 41, a resident of 820 Darrell Drive, Greenville, NC, and a former resident of Washington, died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2016 at Eastern Pines Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the Woolard Family Cemetery, located on Betsy’s Elbow Road, Washington.

The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home of Guy’s brother Joey Woolard, located at 610 Cedar Lane, Washington.
