Neil Franklin Woolard, age 65, a former resident of Isabella Ave., and more recently of Autumnfield Rest Home, Belhaven, died Wednesday, February 10, 2016. A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2016 in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service with Dr. Jacob Kinds officiating. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, 4500 Hwy 264 E., Washington, has been given the honor of being entrusted to serve the Woolard Family.
