Mrs. Deloris Julia Harper, 77, resident of Ridgewood Manor died Monday, Feb. 8, 2016.
A memorial service will be conducted noon, Monday, Feb. 15, 2016, at Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016, 3:30-6 p.m. at Whitfield & Whitley Chapel. The family will receive friends at 112 Randolph Road, Washington.
