Herman Wynn Perry, age 68, of 1445 Big Bethel Rd., Hampton, Va., died Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Sentara CarePlex Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Walker Chapel with Rev. Dean Harrell officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, prior to the service. Memorial gifts may be made to American Diabetes Association, 2418 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh NC 27607.
