NORTHEAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL JUMP ROPE FOR HEART: Collin Wagaman is a third-grade student in Ms. Wallace's class. He is the winner for our school's annual Jump Rope for Heart contest. This is Collin's third year in a row winning.
