Mrs. Bonnie Worsley Smith, 91, died Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Vidant Inpatient Hospice.

The funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church by her pastor Brandon Witt, assisted by Rev. Raymond Whitehurst.

The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church. Walker-Ayers Chapel of Bethel is serving the Smith family.
