Washington’s Golden Corral closes unexpectedly

CAROLINE HUDSON | DAILY NEWS UNEXPECTED: Golden Corral in Washington closed its doors unexpectedly late last week, due to a lack of profit. The restaurant has been open for decades, starting out where El Tapatio now stands and operating in its latest location at 1424 Carolina Ave. for about 18 years. As of Saturday, the Golden Corral signs were already removed and equipment was being moved out.
