Downtown Washington was bustling with activity on Saturday with the eighth annual BoCO Traditional Music Festival and Washington Harbor District Alliance’s sixth annual Marine Market, taking place side by side. Vendors lined Stewart Parkway, featuring anything from food, to boats and boating equipment, artwork and jewelry. Musicians playing bluegrass, old-time and blues songs jammed on West Main Street in front of the Turnage Theatre, as other groups performed inside the theater’s gallery. The all-day events brought out people of all ages.
