Kathy Ann Loper, 34, of Plymouth, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016. Ms. Loper was born on October 12, 1981 in Chowan County to Betty Lou Wynn and Keith Allen Loper.

Survivors include her companion Scott Styons of Plymouth, NC; her two daughters: Kandy Whitehurst and Whitney Whitehurst, both of Pinetown; her two sisters: Debbie Canham and her husband Daniel of Hickory and Lisa Lambert of Kitty Hawk; her brother Leroy Loper of Hickory; and her grandson Gabriel Gettys.
