Mr. Philip Ray Anderson Jr., age 55, a resident of Wilmington, N.C., and a former resident of Washington, died Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington. A graveside memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Oakdale Cemetery of Washington, officiated by Dr. E. Boyd Stokes. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving Philip’s family.
