COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Daniel Elliott, a youth member of Harvest Church, learns how to make balloon animals at the church’s tent at the Summer Festival. Harvest Church was represented at the festival and passed out water and made balloon animals for young attendees.

Beaufort County residents and visitors came out to one of Washington’s signature annual events, the Washington Summer Festival, this weekend. The event included arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, amusement rides and much more.
