Former NFL player debuts Sports Academy

Former NFL player Terrance Copper, a Washington native, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 27 for his new Premier Sports Academy in Winterville. The facility offers training for football, baseball, basketball, soccer and softball. It was “established to give players and parents a place to participate in an innovative approach to their child’s athletic future, while offering the finest in one-on-one instructional training all under one roof,” the website states.
