Edward Merle Hoggard, 82, of 1033 Bull Hill Road, Windsor, NC, died Friday, August 12, 2016 at his home.

Funeral services were held Sunday, August 13, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Ross Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Roger Kiker. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from their home.
