Washington Pediatrics is pleased to announce that Chelsea O’Kane, PA-C, has joined the practice.

O’Kane is a 2002 graduate of Washington High School. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in science education. She taught high school chemistry and earth science at Southside High School before returning to college to obtain her master’s degree. She completed a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from East Carolina University in December 2008.

O’Kane worked as a physician’s assistant in the Raleigh area for seven years before returning to Beaufort County to join Washington Pediatrics. She and her husband, Brian, have two daughters and a dog. They love being back home and enjoy spending time on the river with family. O’Kane is accepting new patients.
