Mr. Thomas Balance Spencer died September 1, 2016 at Cross Creek Health Center, Swan Quarter, NC.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Macedonia Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, Pantego. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3-5:00pm.

The family is receiving friends at the home of Mrs. Margaret Spencer, 1352 Swamp Road, Pantego.

Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation.
