Joshua Green, a third-grade student at Chocowinity Primary School, gets a special “welcome back” haircut from Terry Smith, owner and master barber with Gifted Hands Barber Shop & Salon in Chocowinity. The shop offered back-to-school cuts at a discounted rate for local students during a recent CPS open house celebration.
