Mr. Reginald Cicero Ernest Harold Brooks, age 44, a resident of Washington, died Friday, October 7, 2016 at his home.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.

Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Brooks family.
