A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the First Christian Church of Washington. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the church. Memorials may be made to help fund his daughter’s future education at NC State Employees’ Credit Union to Hope Jankowski’s account.
