Elizabeth Gurganus Cullipher, 90, of Williamston, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Martin General Hospital. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at Biggs Funeral Home Chapel with Gerald Perry officiating; burial will follow at Tice Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-7:30 PM at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence, 8007 West Main St. Ext., Williamston, NC.

Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
