Anzio Johnston Barnes, age 72, died at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington, on Sunday, November 27, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday December 3, 2016 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 15939 NC Hwy 32, Roper, NC. Inurnment will follow at the family plot in the church cemetery.

The family will be accepting guests during the week at the residence of Sam and Carol Phelps, 2041 Ambrose Road, Creswell, NC.
