Hyde commissioners sworn in Monday

Pugh was sworn in Monday and joined by wife Dianne, son Dawson, grandson Stephen and granddaughter Jinny. Pugh was also re-appointed as chairman.

At Monday night’s Hyde County Board of Commissioners meeting, three commissioners were sworn into office: Earl Pugh Jr., District 5; Benjamin Simmons III, District 2; Tom Pahl, District 3.
