Mr. Charlie Frank Belcher, 82, of 5029 Osage Ave., Philadelphia, PA, died Dec. 15, 2016, at Penn Hospice. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, at Eastern NC & VA Headquarters Assembly, Roper, NC, with Vice Bishop William Collins, officiating. Burial will follow in Chesson Cemetery. The body will be placed in church from 9-11 a.m. for viewing.
