Chocowinity Middle School held Curriculum Night on Jan. 19. Parents were greeted in the gym by Principal Kimberly Gibbs and then reported to their children’s homeroom class. Schedules were distributed in homeroom, and then announcements were made to let the parents know when to change to the next class. After Curriculum Night, everyone was invited to participate in the PTO’s Pizza Bingo night. Parents, teachers and students enjoyed pizza dinners while playing for a large selection of donated prizes. The funds raised by the PTO will go toward the purchase of technology for classrooms at CMS.
