The Washington (evening) Rotary Club gathered at the Bunyan Ruritan Club on River Road Thursday evening for its annual oyster roast. All business was put aside and Mac Jones prepared and served oysters to around 50 members and guests. Rotarians work hard all year in service to mankind and this time of food, fun and fellowship is looked forward to by all. Next Thursday’s meeting resumes at the Washington Yacht & Country Club.
