Ms. Lee Yuvonne Maynard Moak, age 58, a resident of 226 Village Circle, Washington, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, March 10, 2017 at Bath United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
