Mr. Raymond Lee Outlaw, 56, of Windsor, NC, died Wednesday, March 15, 2017.

Funeral service will be held 1:00pm on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Lewiston, NC. Burial will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Windsor, NC.

Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th Street, Greenville, NC.
