Tom Atkins, president of The Rich Company, and Kelly McCarvill, broker-in-charge of The Rich Company’s Bath office, recently presented the 2016 annual awards for The Rich Company’s Bath office.

Cindy Taylor earned the Top Gun Award. This award is presented to the realtor that led The Rich Company’s Bath Branch office in sales and listings. Atkins said, “This is a great accomplishment for Cindy. “Cindy has been in the real estate business since 2004 and this is a great achievement for her. She maintains close contact with her clients and pays close attention to the details to ensure that every real estate transaction is a positive one.”

The President’s Award was presented to Brittany Van Der Have. This award is earned by the realtor with the highest percentage increase in sales and listing volume for the year for the Bath Branch office. “Brittany had an excellent year in real estate. She has a great rapport with her clients and knows how to take care of the details of each transaction.” Atkins said.

The Rookie of the Year Award for The Rich Company’s Bath Branch office was presented to Robin Pond and Robin Boyd. This award is based on the highest sales and listing volume in residential real estate for a new sales associate. Their numbers were so close that I had to call it a tie,” Atkins said. “Robin Pond and Robin Boyd joined The Rich Company in the spring of 2016, and both have got off to a great start listing and selling property. We are very pleased with all of their accomplishments.”
