Lt. Kelly Cox, with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, recently attended a Beaufort County Board of Directors meeting to update the board on the various programs of the sheriff’s office. One focus of the presentation was the Beaufort County Crime Stoppers program. In support of this program, Beaufort County Farm Bureau awarded a donation of $250. Along with this donation came 300 golf balls in support of the annual Crime Stoppers Golf Tournament being held at Cypress Landing Golf Club on May 9.
