Hazel Bason, of 604 East 6^th Street, Washington, died Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center.

The family will receive friends at the home between 4-11pm.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
