From Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty

Louann Woolard Lancaster is a lifetime resident of eastern North Carolina, born and raised here. She has spent many wonderful years enjoying our “Little Washington” area by spending endless summer days on the Pamlico River, dining and shopping in many of our local shops and countless strolls along the waterfront. Her father was a building contractor and either constructed or did remodeling to many properties located here in the area. Being able to watch and learn under his guidance, she became intrigued by the process of watching people’s dream homes being brought to life.

She and her husband, Terry, have raised their two sons here as well. Their oldest son, Jackson, 22, is also a realtor with Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty. His passion for real estate began at a very early age. As his parents, they spent countless hours attending open houses and collecting home brochures for his entertainment. Their youngest son, Hunter, 18, is a senior at Washington High School and plans to attend college this fall.

After working continuously for more than 25 years at a local dental practice, Lancaster is excited to begin a new career at Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty. She recently completed the J.Y. Monk real estate course and has obtained her N.C. real estate license. She admits to watching Jackson’s enjoyment in helping others find their dream home. He has inspired her to enter the real estate profession. Through her years in office administration, her attention to detail has become one of Lancaster’s best qualities.

Lancaster’s family recently moved across the river to the boating and golf course community of Cypress Landing in Chocowinity. She looks forward to helping her clients in the discovery of their dream home or assist them in the process of selling their current home to turn the page in their next adventure.
