Virginia Ann “Genny” Modlin Lowe, 60, of Scranton, died, Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Vidant Greenville.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the family plot in the Lowe Family Cemetery. Rev. Phil Emmert will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Mary Joyce Modlin and immediately following the service.
