Ruth Ann Robinson Kelley, age 73, a resident of Washington, died April 18, 2017 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 21, 2017 at Pamlico Memorial Gardens.

Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Kelley family.
