On Tuesday, Washington police and North Carolina probation and parole officers arrested Ricky Rondell Young Jr., 22, of Plymouth Street at his home. He was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Young was placed in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $25,000 bond, pending court appearances.
