Washington Garden Club members, with help from Raindrop Ridge herb farm owner Dorita Boyd (center), set up shop Thursday morning for the club’s annual herb sale. The herb sale will be held Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Nature Room at the North Carolina Estuarium. Herbs “from A to Z” can be found, from lavender to dill, cilantro to yarrow, with a few healthy tomato plants thrown in, as well. The Estuarium is located at 223 E. Water St.; the Nature Room is located on the river side of the building.
