Russell “Rusty” Howard Lilley Jr., of Williamston, lost his battle with cancer on May 11, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dolan Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and other times from the home.
