Girl Scouts from Beaufort and Martin counties got an introduction to dance by earning their “Make Every Dance Step Count” badge May 20 at Moulin Rouge de Danse, located at 151 Avon Ave. in Washington. The girls had the opportunity to learn the history of several dance styles and how to execute a few basic steps. They even learned a new routine that they were able to perform in front of their parents. Beaufort-Martin County Girl Scouts would like to thank Shannon Reising (owner) and Terri Ainsley (manager) and the staff of Moulin Rouge de Danse for helping make this event possible.
