On Thursday evening, Beaufort County Community College hosted a retirement ceremony to honor BCCC President Dr. Barbara Tansey. College faculty and staff, Board of Trustees members, county officials, city officials, family and friends turned out to celebrate Tansey’s five-year tenure at the college. Her last official day is Wednesday.
