Hill was also able to identify Joshua James Arnold, 28, of Elizabeth City, and charge him with one count each of breaking and entering and one count of larceny after breaking and entering. Arnold was arrested by deputies with the Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office and was ordered held on a $1,000 secured bond.
