GREENVILLE — The American College of Radiology inducted 134 members as new fellows of the college — an honor achieved by only 10 percent of ACR members — during the ACR 2017 Crossroads of Radiology meeting held from May 21-25 in Washington, D.C.

ACR Chief Executive Officer William T. Thorwarth Jr., MD, FACR, said, “Fellowship is one of the most prestigious formal recognitions available to ACR members. Each new fellow is recognized for demonstrated service to the college, organized radiology, teaching or research.”

Dr. Brian S. Kuszyk was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Radiology during the meeting. Kuszyk is the president of Eastern Radiologists, chief of radiology at Vidant Medical Center, affiliate professor and chair of clinical radiology with Brody School of Medicine.
