Milton Harrell “Slick” Phelps, 89, of Creswell, died Friday, June 16, 2017, unexpectedly at his home.

Memorial service was held Monday, June 19, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Philippi Church of Christ, Creswell, with Thomas Biggs officiating. Family will receive friends following the service at the church fellowship hall and other times at the residence.
