PHOTOS: ‘Summer Slam’ on the Washington waterfront

Fitness Unlimited and BOCO CrossFit hosted the annual lifting competition “Summer Slam” on the Washington waterfront Saturday. This year’s event also featured a “Friday Night Lifts” competition on Friday night. Participants from all over eastern North Carolina came for the event.
