From Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty

Geraldine McKinley and Maria Wilson, Washington owner/brokers with Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty, have been named to Coldwell Banker’s 2016 International President’s Circle. This prestigious membership has been awarded to the top 6 percent of all sales associates/representatives worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

Coldwell Banker sales associates/representatives are independent contractors.

Over the past 11 years, as part of the Coldwell Banker family, Wilson and McKinley have been consistently top sales producers throughout the Beaufort-Pitt area. Their ongoing dedication to knowledge, experience and professionalism is seen throughout their team of realtors.

“We want our clients to know that the Realtors’ Code of Ethics isn’t something we aspire to, it is the foundation of our business which we work to exceed every day,” Wilson said.

McKinley loves assisting buyers and sellers with their homes throughout her native Beaufort County, but has a special place in her heart for historic Washington homes.

“I live in the house I grew up in and I love working with clients that see the very special personality of old homes,” McKinley said in a recent interview.

Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty has two offices to serve its clients: 239 W. Main St., Washington; and the up and growing (exponentially) market of Winterville at 610-D Old Tar Village Road.
